Studio Rules & Booking Policies

Please read carefully before finalizing your appointment parameters.

Deposits & Bookings

  • $20 Deposit: Non-refundable deposit required to secure your appointment. Goes directly toward final cost.
  • Lead Time: Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance (1 week advance recommended).
  • Rescheduling: ONE reschedule allowed per deposit. Must be managed 48 hours prior via Instagram DM. Anything later is null and void.

Studio Attendance

  • No Guests: Strict no-guest policy. All studio visitors must be receiving a service (contact for rare exemptions).
  • Late Fees: A $10 late fee applies automatically if arrival is delayed by over 15 minutes.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations forfeit deposits immediately. No-shows are charged the full remaining balance via the card on file.

Need Off-Hours, Out-of-Studio, or Custom Bookings?

Squeeze-ins & Off-Hours: Need an earlier time or same-day slot? Text or DM directly. A $35 premium fee applies to same-day, squeeze-in, or before/after-hours slots.

Mobile Travel Service:
Travel service requests require inquiry processing before scheduling. Travel base fee starts at $60 (covers up to 5KM from studio space, +$1/KM additional thereafter).
